Hot Flash Run Club for new, beginner and returning runners in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.
Getting started with a running routine can be overwhelming and intimidating. This run club will focus on learning the basics of running from stretching, form, pace, breathing and gear to give you the confidence to conquer your goals. We will also learn about nutrition for runners and how to properly fuel your body to give you the energy needed to run.
