My philosophy as a holistic running coach is based on an approach which encompasses your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being to help you achieve your running goals. I will work with you to believe in yourself so you can unlock your potential.

Every single athlete I coach is unique and I want to understand you as a person so we can create a training method that works best for you. I believe in starting with small attainable steps and building on those as training progresses. Together we will discuss your running history, current training status, barriers and what you would like to achieve with a running coach.

Building a running base to increase your aerobic efficiency is where we will start our focus. I want you to feel comfortable and confident with your breathing and running ability. I will give you the tools to build a foundation so you can go further and faster, confidently.

I also like all of my athletes to supplement their running with some type of cross-training or strength training which I believe helps to reduce injury and mental fatigue. We can work together to decide what is most beneficial to you.
